How do I place an order?+
Browse our products, select your preferred color and size, then click "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart". Fill in your name, phone, and address in the checkout form and click "Place Order". No account or advance payment is needed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No bKash, cards, or bank transfer required upfront.
How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka: 1 – 2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3 – 5 working days. Working days are Saturday – Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Which courier do you use?+
We ship all orders through Carrybee, a trusted nationwide courier. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery on carrybee.com.
How much is the delivery charge?+
Inside Dhaka: ৳70. Outside Dhaka: ৳150. The correct charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on the zone you select.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order is handed to Carrybee, we will share your tracking number. You can track it at carrybee.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us at hello@sotxvaly.com or 01988-887791-92 as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot change or cancel orders already handed to the courier.
What sizes are available?+
Our slippers are available in EU sizes 36 – 45. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?+
Take a photo and contact us at hello@sotxvaly.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?+
Currently we only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
Are your products authentic?+
Yes. All products are authentic imported items sourced directly. We do not sell replicas or imitations.
