How It Works

Place your order — fill in the checkout form and click Place Order.

Order processing — we verify and pack your order within 24 hours on working days.

Handover to Carrybee — your parcel is picked up and a tracking number is generated.

Delivery & payment — the courier calls you to arrange delivery. Pay cash on arrival.
Important Notes
- →Working days are Saturday – Thursday. Friday and public holidays are excluded.
- →Remote areas may take 1 – 2 extra days beyond the estimated window.
- →Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate — our courier will call before delivery.
- →If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, re-delivery charges apply.
- →All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment required.
