Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following:

- →Item is unworn and unused — no signs of use, dirt, or wear.
- →Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- →The item is not on sale or clearance.
Non-Returnable Items
- →Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- →Items without original packaging or missing tags.
- →Items purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions.
How to Return or Exchange

We confirm — our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility within 1 working day.

Send the item back — we arrange a Carrybee pickup or provide a drop-off address.

Refund or exchange — once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3 – 7 working days, or your exchange item is dispatched.
Refund Method
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer to the number/account you provide. We do not charge any restocking fee.
